On Wednesday, November 29th, Mio experienced a degradation of service from roughly 10:30 am - 12:30 pm CT. The cause was an unusual spike in inbound events. Mio deployed a significant front-end infrastructure change at 12:30 pm CT on the 29th. This change has resolved the service issue.
